An ultrafiltration cartridge (0.01 µm) removes bacteria and viruses, with no need for a storage tank. The ultrafiltration cartridge operates in front-end mode and filters the water completely, without effluent, even at low pressures (20 psi / 1.5 bar).

Pathogenic micro-organisms such as giardia, cryptosporidium, salmonella (typhoid), shigella (diarrhoeia) and dangerous viruses such as those for polio and hepatitis are eliminated.
